Great-sized and bright room with nice size bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. With a dishwasher, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator.

The room we had included cable channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was nice sized, and the bed was very comfy.

The location was convenient - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go...

The room we were offered an upgrade to was large and bright and included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The location was convenient for Coeur d'Alene, really close to Spokane and restaurants and shopping. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a nice area, right by restaurants and shopping, Coeur d'Alene and downtown. We had good sized and bright room with hypo-allergenic pillows. A microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment were very handy.

It made my trip to Coeur d'Alene a such great experience. It was clean place, staff were helpful and amicable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my bright room.

Comforts of family room were fabulous - cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bed was comfy, had nice size bathroom. Location: the property was next to restaurants, Coeur d'Alene and downtown. Dined at Top of China Buffet Ii, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The welcoming hostess was so friendly and had fresh hot cookies, soups, and fruit available when we checked in. The lemon water was refreshing too. , the location was convenient and the rate was unbeatable.

Our stay was not as we expected. We specifically booked a room with a hot tub, but upon arrival, we were told it hadn't been working for a while and wouldn't be fixed soon.

The hotel offered fresh hot cookies, soups, and fruit when we checked in. The lemon water was delicious. the location was amazing, centrally located, and easy to find. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, and it was great to be able to prepare and cook meals in our own room. We also liked the comfortable beds and the couch, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring.

We would have preferred regular closing doors instead of barn doors for the bathroom, and the handle on the bathroom door was sharp. It was also disappointing that we only had two forks for a room of four people.

The location was great, easily accessible and centrally located. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette was a wonderful addition. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We really enjoyed the freedom of movement in our manual wheelchair and the bright atmosphere of the room. The large fridge and cooking area were also appreciated.

While the room was designated for disabled guests, we found that the beds were too high for us to access without assistance. It would be helpful if the beds were placed on lower platforms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the Beauty Rest bed. The kitchenette was a great convenience and the bathroom was a good size. We loved the location, which was easy to find and convenient to everything. The complementary soup, crackers, fruits, and homemade hot cookies were a lovely touch.

The location was fine. The room was large. The General Manager was pleasant and caring. The room and property were clean. The room was spacious and wheelchair accessible with a large fridge and cooking area. They offered great soups, crackers, fruits, and homemade cookies at check-in.
